I support womenswear brands in bringing ideas to life through technical design, development, and fit revisions. From CAD drawings and tech packs to fittings and supplier coordination, I ensure products are clear, considered, and production ready.

I bring an external, detail-focused perspective that supports in-house teams during busy development periods, helping maintain momentum, accuracy, and alignment from first sample through to final production.

  • Technical design bridges the gap between concept and production. I support brands by translating design ideas into clear, production-ready documentation; including detailed CAD drawings, initial tech pack set-up, garment specifications, and construction notes.

  • As a garment technician, I work closely with your team during sampling and development to improve fit accuracy, strengthen technical communication, and resolve construction issues early. This includes refining tech packs, providing detailed fit comments, and ensuring clear alignment between design intent and factory execution.

    The focus is on reducing sampling inefficiencies, improving consistency across ranges, and ensuring every style is fully resolved and production-ready before bulk manufacturing.

  • For brands requiring specialised support across product development and production, I provide hands-on management of critical paths, production workflows, supplier communication, and manufacturing execution. From development through to delivery, I help teams maintain visibility, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and build scalable systems that support sustainable growth.
